One file with all products (including costs), customers, kits, templates, documents issued and settings. Keep it somewhere safe — it contains cost prices.
2 · Restore from a backup file
This replaces the data on screen and in the database with the file's. Your current data is downloaded first as a safety copy. The team and logins are not touched.
